Serving the large East County communities of El Cajon, Lakeside and Santee, Centro Medico El Cajon is open seven days a week and is conveniently located in newly renovated offices immediately off Interstate 8 on Magnolia Avenue. Our dedicated staff provides a full range of health-care services, including family health, internal medicine and several specialties. Urgent care is available weekday evenings and weekends.

Primary Care – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Urgent Care – Monday-Friday 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
