Reminiscent of a traditional general medicine practice, the Julian Medical Clinic is a family-practice office that puts a special emphasis on service and small-town friendliness.  Located in the historic district of Julian just west of the Town Hall, the clinic serves the population of Julian as well as surrounding communities such as Lake Cuyamaca, Wynola and Santa Ysabel.

The Community We Serve

Julian became a regional inland hub for San Diego County after gold was discovered in 1870 when Mike Julian and the Bailey brothers staked their claims.  Although agriculture and cattle ranching eventually replaced mining, the mountain town today thrives on tourism and is widely known for apple orchards and pie shops.  Located at 4,200 feet above sea level, Julian attracts snow visitors a few days each winter and is a popular stopover on the way to the Anza-Borrego Desert a few miles to the east.
